All digital products, including PDFs and online courses, are non-refundable. Once purchased, access to these materials is immediate and cannot be reversed.

For in-person workshops, payments are transferable to a future workshop of your choice if you need to cancel. While refunds are not available, you can apply your payment toward another scheduled in-person workshop, ensuring you don’t lose the value of your registration.
